Bought this lovely car from Donaldson's Autocentre this week. A beautiful car with great service too. Kenny was brilliant. The car drives lovely and with provided warranty for piece of mind was a no brainer.

Location was also beautiful which was a bonus.

Purchased a Ford Fiesta ST-3 today and can't describe how happy I am with it. Kenny gave me the keys for it straight away for a test drive. Wow! Rob saved our lives today! My car showed low tyre pressure alert on the motorway between Newcastle and Manchester, so we came off and went to the nearest garage.....Rob was so knowledgeable and so friendly! He checked all tyre pressures, and told us we were 100% safe to travel on. He even noticed a tyre was balding and advised I get it checked. An amazing, lovely guy.....with a love for our Staffies and for his new, baby Staffie! Thank you, Rob. We all got home, safe and sound! Highly recommend!

Lifesavers! Cooling system failed on A1, got RAC to come out who were nothing but useless, ended up stranded 50 miles from home with a 9y child. Thankfully managed to get to these guys who checked the car out and quickly found the problem! They recovered my car back home for a decent price and dropped us off half way near home for family to then get us at no cost!

Awesome lads who go out of their way to help people. Can't thank you enough for taking care of us!

We bought a VW Tiguan through auto trader from Donaldson's autocentre, the customer service was second to none especially from Kenny, who dealt with the whole process and even delivered the car all the way to Cumbria himself extremely early to suit our needs. Absolute legend.. broke down on our holiday in Ripley . AA recovered car to Donaldsons . Informed that vacuum pump had broken . He could of milked me for £0000s but didn't,he managed to recover broken pieces from engine , back to me in 2 days after having it dropped on him without notice .

Bought remotely from their website (and I'm always dubious about doing that as I've been burnt before) and really chose well.
The car was in great condition, better than described in the ad in fact. The guys went above and beyond with the service they offered, even delivering it to me here in Cumbia.

Would I recommend them? Most definitely, I hope their new business thrives because THIS is how all car sellers should behave.
